Thanks to the many myths in India, cleft is still seen as an untreatable condition. But with Smiletrain toll-free number, you can now get all the answer that you need. We demonstrated the post-surgery result of Smiletrain’s treatment by featuring and making the recovered children recite the toll-free number, one digit at a time.

We presented the children as they are with very little cosmetic touches. They were shot in their everyday costume so we could represent kids from all walks of life. We made the traditional before-after image with the children holding a phone. The phone was used to make people remember the service offered - a toll-free cleft line.
